By accessing cdn.pictures, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using our infrastructure immediately.

1. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or modify any user account, associated data, or hosted content at our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice.

This includes, but is not limited to, accounts that we believe are harmful to our reputation, infrastructure, or other users. We are not liable for any loss of data or revenue resulting from such termination.

2. Content Standards

You are solely responsible for the content you or your users upload to our CDN. The following content is strictly prohibited:

Illegal Content: Any material that violates local, national, or international laws.
Copyright Infringement: Media for which you do not own the rights or have explicit permission to distribute. We respond to valid DMCA requests promptly.
Harmful Media: Malware, phishing scripts, or content designed to exploit end-user devices.
Explicit Material: Content that violates our community safety guidelines or involves non-consensual imagery.

3. Service Abuse

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the abuse of our global edge network. Prohibited activities include:

Creation of fake accounts or automated account generation.
Attempting to bypass rate limits, caching logic, or transformation quotas.
Initiating DDoS attacks or using the CDN to facilitate stress-testing of other networks.
Scraping our platform or reverse-engineering our proprietary transformation engines.

4. Licensing

You retain ownership of your content. However, by uploading content to cdn.pictures, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, transform, and deliver that content for the purpose of providing our services to you and your end-users.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Billing is handled via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of content delivery and subsequent deletion of assets after a grace period of our choosing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Data Loss

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the service. We are not responsible for any data loss, file corruption, or storage failure. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of all content uploaded to our servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, cdn.pictures, its owners, and operators shall have zero liability for any damages whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You use this service entirely at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

9. Immutable Caching & Permanent Delivery

IMPORTANT: Cache Persistence Warning

Our infrastructure utilizes aggressive, multi-layered caching strategies (including Cloudflare Edge, Nginx local cache, and browser-level immutable caching) to ensure high-speed delivery. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

Browser Persistence: Once an asset is delivered to an end-user's browser, it may be cached locally for up to one (1) year. We have no technical ability to remotely purge or modify content stored in an end-user's local browser cache.
Delayed Removal: While we provide tools to delete assets from our primary storage, cached versions of modified or deleted assets may remain accessible via our edge network or third-party caches for an extended period.
User Responsibility: You must ensure that all uploaded content is final and compliant with our standards. Deletion of an asset from your dashboard does not guarantee its immediate or total removal from the global internet.
